When Punjab Kings walked out to bat and put up 245/5 on the board, most fans and analysts agreed this was more than enough. With explosive starts from Prabhsimran Singh and the emerging sensation Priyansh Arya, PBKS raced to 50 run inside 3 overs Shreyas Iyer anchored beautifully with an electrifying 82 off 36 balls, while Stoinis finished the innings with fireworks smashing 34 off just 11 balls.

It was a proper batting exhibition. SRH’s bowlers, including big names like Mohammed Shami and Pat Cummins, were taken to the cleaners. Shami alone gave away 75 in his 4 overs the most expensive spell of the season

It was unreal. It felt like the gods of cricket had descended upon the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad

What followed was absolute carnage from Travis Head (66 off 37) and Abhishek Sharma (141 off 55).

Abhishek has now become the only Indian to hit three half-centuries under 20 balls in IPL history, with fifties in 16, 19, and 19 balls respectively. The man is redefining Indian batting standards.

Every bowler was smashed, proving no total is safe in modern T20 cricket.

SRH were struggling at 8th position before this game. PBKS had a strong bowling attack, yet they were destroyed. SRH’s revival? If they keep this form, they can qualify for playoffs. PBKS’s nightmare? Another 200+ score chased against them  their bowling needs fixes.
